This policy explains how we process, ship, and track your treasured SAANVIYA purchases.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders placed Monday–Saturday are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order or customised pieces may require additional lead time, which will be indicated on the product page and order confirmation. High-volume festive periods may extend dispatch by 1-2 days; we will keep you informed via e-mail or SMS.

Courier Partners & Service Areas

We ship through reputed carriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and DHL. Courier selection depends on destination, service reliability, and parcel size. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

Tracking & Notifications

A tracking link is e-mailed and/or texted once the order leaves our studio. You can also view status under My Account > Orders. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

Shipping Fees

  • India: Free on orders ₹ 2,000 and above; ₹ 150 flat below.

  • International: Real-time rates at checkout based on weight and zone; duties/taxes not included.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. If duties are refused and the parcel is returned, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Attempt & Address Issues

Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times and may contact you by phone. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery; please verify details carefully. Undeliverable packages are returned to us—re-shipping incurs an additional fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Report non-delivery within 14 days of the latest estimated date to help@saanviya.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship or refund upon confirmation. Visible damage must be noted with the courier at receipt and photographed for claims.
