Colour Variance

We photograph products under natural light to reflect true hues; however, colours can appear slightly different on screens due to individual display settings or ambient lighting. Such variation is normal and not a defect.

Handcrafted Irregularities

Each SAANVIYA sari is woven or embellished by skilled artisans. Minor slubs, weave shifts, or bead placement differences attest to hand craftsmanship and lend unique character, not imperfections.

While we endeavour to keep all details current and accurate, typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or stock discrepancies may occur. We reserve the right to correct or update information without prior notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your sari is not quite right, our hassle-free returns and exchanges are here to help.

Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within seven calendar days of delivery, based on the courier’s delivery timestamp. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Condition Criteria & Non-Returnables

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, fragrance-free, and in original packaging with all tags attached. The following cannot be returned: customised blouses, altered saris, final-sale items, and accessories such as jewellery or mask sets.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

1. E-mail returns@saanviya.com with your order number, reason, and clear photos (if defective).

2. Receive approval and a return shipping label or pickup schedule within 48 hours.

3. Pack items securely; hand them to our pickup agent or self-ship via insured courier.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once received, we inspect within three business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; wallet or store-credit refunds are available on request. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges (Size/Colour)

Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size or colour, subject to stock. If unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund as per your preference. Exchange shipping is free once per order within India.

Defects & Damage Resolution

For genuine manufacturing defects or transit damage, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Provide photographs within 24 hours of delivery to expedite investigation.
